BACKGROUND
This Nationally
recognised IOSH accredited four day course is intended for all levels
of management and supervisory staff. The course concentrates on
providing delegates with tried and tested methods of applying Health
and Safety principles to all aspects of their work as recommended
in the Health & Safety Executives' guidance publication entitled
'Successful Health & Safety Management' (HSG 65).
Please Note - At present we only offer this course 'in-house' with

COURSE OUTLINE
The course
contains the following modules, requiring approximately 28 hours
of directed study and off-site practical work;

- Understanding
your Responsibilities
- Identifying
Hazards
- Investigating
Accidents and Incidents
- Measuring
Performance
- Protecting
Our Environment
The course
also contains a practical risk assessment project and end test,
both of which require a pass mark. Papers are sent to IOSH for moderation
and Certification if appropriate.
