Tony Paul
Payne CMIOSH MIIRSM (Director)

Born in 1954, Tony attended primary and secondary education in Suffolk.
He left school in 1971 and attended a Business Studies course whilst
gaining experience in the construction (renovation) industry. He
subsequently joined the Civil Service and held various posts in
a twenty-year career within two major departments, gaining experience
in many disciplines from recruitment to fraud investigation.
Married with
three daughters, Tony joined the private sector in 1991 (Training
& Business support) and specialized in Health & Safety from 1993.
He has therefore gained much experience in staff and project management
which helps him as an 'agent of change' when working with and influencing
employees of client Companies. A Member of two of the most prominent
lead bodies in health & safety, Tony delivers tailored and bespoke
training as well as advising businesses on the intricacies of health,
safety and welfare provision. In his spare time Tony enjoys the
countryside and has a keen interest in conservation issues.
Debbie Adams-Payne
(Company Secretary and Director)
Debbie manages the office functions with part-time and occasional
admin support, as well as ensuring that others are kept busy and
are in the right place at the right time!
A life-time's
experience in domestic management ensures that things rarely go
awry in the business, except for in the area of IT, which is why

Life Support are on call to get things back on track!
Debbie enjoys
getting her hands dirty in the garden as well as carrying out DIY
projects on their 18th Century property.
Associates
In order to meet fluctuating demands and specialized work activities,

either to manage a complete project or to give competent support
in order to meet clients' more specific needs. Further details of
